1. What StanProof is

StanProof helps a seller put together a public “proof card” for a K-pop ticket or photocard, and helps a buyer review what is on it before paying.

We do not handle money. We do not hold tickets or items. We do not act as an escrow. We do not guarantee that any seller will deliver, or that any item is authentic. The risk score is a guide, not a recommendation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use StanProof. You must use the service lawfully and you must have the right to upload anything you upload.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of files you upload. You give us a limited licence to store the originals (privately), produce a redacted version, and display the redacted version on a proof card while the card is published. By uploading a file you confirm that you have the right to upload it.

4. Acceptable use

• No fake, doctored, or stolen proof.
• No impersonating another person or seller.
• No harassing other users, including reporters whose identity we will not reveal.
• No attempts to game the risk score (for example by spinning up throwaway socials).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these rules.

5. Disclaimers

StanProof helps users organise and review proof before a transaction. StanProof does not guarantee ticket validity, event entry, item authenticity, seller honesty, delivery, or payment safety. Use official resale platforms and protected payment methods whenever possible.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything related to StanProof is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in the last twelve months, or (b) ten pounds. We do not exclude liability we cannot lawfully exclude.

6. Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a card. Reports are private — sellers do not see who reported them. We may hide a card while we look into a report, and may unhide it if the report is not upheld.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account from settings at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for breach of these terms or for patterns of abuse identified by the moderation queue.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will give reasonable notice on the site. Continuing to use StanProof after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
